参赛要求Requirements
每位选手自选一款热菜/主菜,如果是大盘装(多人食用),需要制作2份(1份用于评判,1份用于展示);如果是小盘装(单人食用),如果是小盘装(单人食用),需要根据评委人数制作评判人数。
Each player make one dish that he wants, if the dish is for more people, in duplicate needed (one for the judges, the other for display),if the dish is for single, it depends on the number of judges,and one more for display.
参赛资格Qualifications
1.30岁以上,在驻京使馆工作;
2.熟练掌握本国美食的烹饪技艺;
3.获得过当地、本国厨艺比赛奖项者优先;
4.出版过烹饪书籍和视频者优先。

报名、参赛费
1000元人民币/人(食宿费自理,秘书处可推荐酒店)。
赛场准备
1.厨房间尺寸:3m×4m。
2.设备器具:电磁炉灶、蒸烤箱、炒锅、水槽、砧板、汤锅、码斗、漏勺、纸巾、不锈钢水盆、调味碗。
3.调料:色拉油、酱油、盐、黑胡椒粉、白胡椒粉、蚝油、淀粉、番茄酱、白糖。
4.食材:烹饪食材请自行准备。
5.餐具:组委会只提供简单餐具,个性餐具请自带。
1. Area: 3m×4m
2. Equipment: induction cooker,CombiSteamer/Oven, frying wok, sink, chopping board, stockpot, slotted spoon(Skimmer), Solid bowl, napkin, Stainless steel basin, seasoning bowls.
3. Seasonings and condiments: salad oil, soy sauce, salt, black pepper powder, white pepper powder, oyster sauce, starch,tomato sauce, sugar
4. Food materials and ingredients: prepared by the players themselves
5. Dishware: simple dishware offered by the organizing committee,others need to be prepared by the players.
